Coffee Punch
1/4 cup hot water
8 oz whipping cream
20 oz club soda, chilled
7 tsp instant coffee
2 Tbsp honey
Cinnamon
1 pt vanilla ice cream
Put ice cream in large punch bowl; chop with spoon. Dissolve 4
tsp instant coffee in hot water; pour over ice cream and add club soda. Whip
cream with remaining 3 tsp instant coffee and honey to soft peak stage. Stir
half into ice cream mixture; drop remaining whipped cream on top. Dust with
cinnamon. Serves 10-12
